Hands Against Child Marriage is a youth-led survivor centered grassroots organization ending child marriage and safeguarding the rights and dignity of children in Uganda.
HACM was founded in 2025 to contribute to the raising need to advance the understanding of human rights, social justice and creating a safe and more supportive rural communities to end the practice of child marriage and it's a associated problems among girls and boys which happens without their sounding mind and consent.
We believe a sustainable change begins with informed and empowered communities that think deeply about their future and understand how to create systems that can build a future free from child marriage.
